Our homes is located in a mature township called Cheras, within 10 minutes drive away from Kuala Lumpur. Cheras is developed with the convenience of shopping, dining, commute and entertainment in one place. Our member also get easy access to more than 5 shopping center (Eko Cheras Mall, Leisure Mall, Sunway Velocity, Aeon Cheras, Mytown & Ikea), MRT station and few commercial center that host restaurants with good food.
Fully Furnished
All of our coliving homes are fully furnished with living area, dining area, pantry, water heater in all bathroom, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, bed, wardrobe, working desk and table etc.
Bi-weekly Cleaning
Our professional team will clean the share space such as living rooms, pantry, shared bathrooms, garden on a bi-weekly basis.
Hi Speed Wifi
Whole coliving home is covered with high speed WIFI to support your working and entertainment activities, at no additional cost to you.
Community Events
Various events are organized for our community member, such as group dinning, game day, hiking, sport activities and movie day. In our member communication channel, members can stay up to date on the latest social gatherings and create their own events for other members to attend.

Your membership at Cozylab means that for one all-inclusive rate (except electricity bill in your room), you get: a private furnished bedroom, a beautiful fully furnished shared suite, bi-weekly cleanings, laundry on-site etc, and of course, access to a friendly community just outside your door.

Staying in Cozylab coliving home allows me to travel to my work place with shorter time frame, thanks to it’s central location! My weekend is filled with a lot of entertainment life in shopping mall.
Cozylab provide me with a comfortable room and working space to work. Housemate are like brother and sister, they let’s me feel like home, where we have take care each others.
I walk to my university everyday. The guarded coliving home let’s me feel secure while cafe, bank, restaurant and mall is just walking distance away. Friendly housemate let me feel like back to home.
I was a bit worried when I was transferred to KL to work. I was lucky I chooses Cozylab as my home. Housemate are friendly and I enjoyed the good time spent together with my housemate.

Numbers of restaurant and good food is located within walking distance / minutes of driving distance from our coliving homes. Thanks to a numbers of commercial center that is located near by, ie: Taman Segar commercial center which is besides Leisure Mall & Eko Cheras Mall, Taman Midah commercial center, Cheras business center, Taman Connaught commercial center, Taman Maluri commercial center (nearby Aeon Maluri) etc. Restaurant with Chinese, Malay, Indian, Thai, Japanese and Korean food can be easily found here.
Bars & Lounges
Number of bar & lounges is located in Cheras business center, Menara PGRM and Eko Cheras. The night is always young.
Shopping Center
There are a number of shopping center nearby, within walking distance, 1 or 2 MRT station or few minutes driving distance. Ie: Leisure mall, Eko Cheras Mall, Cheras Central Mall, Ikon Cheras Mall, Aeon Maluri, Sunway Velocity, My Town & Ikea etc. Most of the mall is equipped with cinema, cafe, hang out place, lot of good food restaurant, fashion and groceries shopping. Malls in Bukit Bintang Triangles like Pavillion, Starhill, Lot 10, Timesquare KL is also just within 10 to 15 minutes drive away, or within 6 to 8 MRT stations away.
Outdoor & Adventure
Are you a outdoor & adventure lover? You can head to Pudu Ulu Park and Taman Tasik Permaisuri for some jogging and enjoy the greenery in the park. You can also head to Apek Hill and Ketumbar Hill for some hiking, from 30 minutes to a day hiking trail is available. If you have more time, you could also head to Ulu Langat which is 30 minutes away from our coliving homes where you will be able to enjoy a number of waterfall, hot spring, the local culture and fresh air.
